Dutch private investment company, Reggeborgh Vastgoed, in collaboration with Onis Vastgoed, has sold its newly developed Utrecht office building ‘De Winthont’ to French investor, PERIAL.

The building is located along the A12 at Winthontlaan 6. The 8-level building comprises 8,590 m² of office space and 246 parking spaces. The property was completed in Q4 2016 and is almost fully let to pharmaceutical and HR occupiers including Promedico, Maandag, Bolton Group, Brunel and Celgene.

‘De Winthont’ building forms part of a development with the adjacent Van der Valk hotel, which consists of 180 rooms, conference facilities and car parking provision. This hotel was recently sold to the operator.

Tim Klaassen, Investment Manager at Acacia Point Capital said “This transaction is a good example of the strong demand for high quality office space in the Randstad area, from both occupiers and investors. The building’s high exposure location, high grade specifications and international tenant line-up appealed to PERIAL’s core investment philosophy and we are pleased to unlock this transaction. Acacia Point Capital is pursuing additional investments in the Dutch market given the strong real estate fundamentals currently displayed in my homeland”
