Three Buildings Leased at Quinta da Fonte Office Park
In one of the most significant Portuguese leasing transactions of the year, three office buildings have been let to a multinational corporation at Quinta da Fonte Office Park (QDF).
QDF is located 15km west of central Lisbon, strategically positioned between Lisbon and Cascais, at the heart of the capital’s white collar residential neighbourhoods. The office park is a favoured business address for multinational pharmaceutical, engineering, financial services and technology companies. It offers employees a short commute and a convenient and attractive landscaped business park environment with an array of restaurants, cafes, Holmes Place gym, newspaper agency, post office and hairdresser/beauty salon.
Acacia Point Capital control the majority of QDF, with a portfolio of 15 buildings progressively acquired over the last 2 years. During this period, the park has benefited from extensive refurbishment and repositioning initiatives, which has seen it attract premium occupiers seeking a high calibre office environment for their employees and customers.
Maria do Carmo Paias, Senior Asset Manager said “We are delighted to welcome another leading multinational corporation to enjoy the fantastic community-focussed environment we have created at QDF, further demonstrating that leading corporations gravitate towards the finest well-managed real estate. We have made transformational improvements to the park over the last 2 years and are scheduled to open additional amenities in the first half of 2021, including a pharmacy, health clinic, new restaurant and padel courts, enhancing the work-leisure experience of our occupiers”.
