Three new hires at Acacia Point Capital

With the recent acquisition of a 15-building office park portfolio in Portugal, Acacia Point Capital has expanded its Lisbon and London teams with the appointment of a Financial Director, a Marketing and Digital Transformation professional and a Property Analyst.

Rosario Pombo has joined the Lisbon team as Financial Director and brings with her a wealth of knowledge from a career spanning 30 years.  She has an Economics degree from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics and a post-graduate degree in Management Finance and Economics. Prior roles include posts at KPMG and Deloitte as an auditor, Country Head of Accounting Management for an international transport and logistics company in Angola and 14 years as Financial Controller of Regus Portugal.

Rita Hilário de Almeida will lead Marketing and Communications at the Quinta da Fonte Office Park in Lisbon. Rita has gained extensive experience with an international hotel and resorts group, running brand management, marketing, website and social media. She has a bachelor’s degree in Management and a master’s degree in Marketing Management from IPAM Lisboa.

Cameron Monk has joined the London team as a property analyst. Cameron has a BA in Economics from the University of Reading and recently graduated with an MSc in Real Estate from Henley Business School.
